Calculate and pay salary according to company salary rules.

Bonus
  • According to Article 23 of the company’s salary rules: Bonus is calculated based on 2 months of the basic salary .
  • In case of adjustment, the chairman of our company shall decide the increase or decrease of the bonus.
Welfare policy

Labor insurance/health insurance/group insurance (24-hour accident insurance), labor pension, health examination (implemented per year), various allowances (meal allowance, attendance allowance, transportation allowance, English and Japanese training allowance, etc.)

Working hours

08:30-17:30 (12:30-13:30 Lunch break)

Two days off every week, holidays (holidays are implemented according to the calendar holidays announced by the government for the year), paid holidays, etc.
